Ogni tanto, vivendo in questo paese allo sfascio, mi chiedo se non si debba toccare il fondo per poter risalire. Se lo scalciare isterico dei barbari non sia in realtà soltanto l’ultimo sfogo prima del definitivo tramonto di un’epoca e l’inizio di un’età nuova.
Sometimes, living in this country gone to rack and ruin, I wonder if maybe we should hit the bottom to be able to rise up again. Whether the barbarians hysterical kicking is really just the final outburst before the definitive decline of an era and the beginning of a new one.
