The volcano is everywhere. Wysteria blooming all around the place. Took some time for myself, enjoying the quiet and stillness after what seems like a long long time. Tomorrow the new book list will be ready.
Sto cercando la calma. E non ha molto senso cercarla in modo frenetico, preoccupato, ansioso. So dov’è, ma in qualche modo mi sfugge. Ne ho bisogno per avere nuove idee e per prendermi cura di me. I’m searching for quiet. It doesn’t make much sense to be frantic, worried, anxious in the process, does it? I know where quiet is but somehow it escapes me. I need it to come up with new ideas and take care of myself. This is the first digital photo in one year where I could capture the same effect as Polaroid. Very low light. How did it happen, so that I can do it again? So much in photography is just about how much light. Sometimes what you need is that – almost nothing.
