Per festeggiare i primi tre mesi pieni di questo blog, potrei accettare il consiglio di F., che mi ha suggerito di postare una colonnina sui libri – giusto delle liste di libri in italiano e in inglese che mi stanno piacendo. Potrei magari postarlo ogni fine del mese, cominciando da lunedì prossimo. Nel frattempo vi spedisco su uno dei blog di libri in inglese meglio informati in assoluto, The Elegant variation dello scrittore Mark Sarvas. Per oggi è tutto, un po’ di doveri mi chiamano, e poi stasera si festeggia la Mole Sister,  e nel weekend spero di placare il senso di colpa per i Grandi Lavori, di nuovo arenati. To celebrate the first 3 full months of this blog, I could accept F.’s idea, who suggested I could post a book column – just a list of suggestions of books in Italian and in English that I’m enjoying. I could maybe post it at the end of every month, and we could start next Monday. In the meantime I direct you to one of the best informed blogs on all things bookish (for the English speaking world), writer Mark Sarvas’s The elegant variation. I’m done for today, duties call, plus tonight we’re celebrating the Mole Sister, and hopefully during the weekend I will sedate guilt for the Great works who are again at a standstill.
